Heirloom Licensing Information
( For information on Beginning Licensing: Teaching Beginners Licensing)
(For information on Serger Licensing: Serger Licensing)
All the licensings are held in Huntsville, Alabama and are underwritten by a sewing machine company (list is given below). No heirloom sewing experience is required, just a general sewing knowledge and a great desire to teach heirloom sewing. You are given ten licensed classes to teach and are required to teach on the machine on which you are licensed when teaching these ten classes. Your student can sew on any machine. The cost is $2700, payable as a $300 registration fee ($100 is non-refundable if you cancel), then two payments of $1200. We would love to have you attend.
The licensing dates are as follows:
- Martha Pullen/Husqvarna/Viking III - October 1-8, 2008
- Martha Pullen/Pfaff - October 10-17, 2008
- Martha Pullen/Heirloom Quilting - July 30-August 6, 2009
- Martha Pullen/Heirloom Sewing I** - October 20-27, 2009
** New curriculum in 2009
Roman numeral designations indicate a collection of curriculum and not the order in which the licensings need to be taken. All licensing curriculums are stand-alone and have no pre-requisites other than a love of sewing and a desire to learn.
